It has been a fantastic 2019 for the team at Grange Mortgages. We’ve assisted more customers than ever, securing more borrowing this year than ever before and helped families secure their dream homes.

In 2019, we transacted with over 2,000 customers and secured more than £300 million pounds of borrowing, allowing our clients to move on and up the property ladder.

Our approach at Grange Mortgages has always been to provide a service that we would be happy to receive ourselves. In 2017 we launched our  Refer A Friend scheme offering our customers a £50 Amazon voucher when they put us in touch with a friend, family member or work colleague. This has rapidly expanded since then and we have been able to help many of our client’s friends and family members, whilst rewarding our clients in the process.

Our links with the local community continue to grow. Grange Mortgages sponsor Northampton Town Community Trust who deliver innovative, creative sports and education programmes to the community. Their main aims are;

• To increase the number of people who can access sport to improve health and wellbeing

• Working in partnership with local agencies to become more inclusive promoting sport for all

• Working within education to develop physical literacy in younger people

• To promote equal opportunities for everyone to participate in all of the community scheme’s programmes.

We are so pleased that the success we have achieved in our day-to-day activities allows us to support such worthy causes. In addition, this August we also became the main sponsor of the Family Area at Northampton FC. This enables us to continue our efforts to forge strong relationships in our local area and beyond, offering financial support and advice to families.
