Our success at Grange Mortgages is all credit to our fantastic team. Now in our 13th year, we have been blessed to have some excellent consultants and a fantastic support team on-board. Read more about each member below.

Daniel Mumford

Company Director/Owner at Grange Mortgages since it’s inception in 2005. Daniel is passionate about helping people to achieve their aspiration of owning their own home and making sure that their assets and loved ones are protected if there is a change in their circumstances. Outside of work Daniel loves to spend precious free time with family, preferably somewhere with a little sunshine. Daniel also enjoys eating out, and following the Northampton Saints and his football team, Liverpool.

Clare Knox

Clare has been a Mortgage Consultant at Grange Mortgages since joining in 2014. She loves working with the brilliant team at Grange to support clients’ in gaining a mortgage offer as efficiently as possible.
She enjoys swimming, breaks away with her family and anything containing chocolate!

Tracy Willsher

Tracy has been PA to Daniel Mumford since 2013. She relishes assisting clients to ensure they obtain a swift and speedy offer. Tracy loves her fitness classes, particularly circuits, Metafit and Urban Rebounding. For a bit of balance, she enjoys eating out, walking the dog and holidays abroad.

Andrew Fowler

Andrew is our Mortgage Services Director at Grange Mortgages and has been with the company since 2007. Andrew loves being part of a team and gets a real sense of achievement when assisting his clients. Andrew is also a rugby man and enjoys the free time he has, with his family.

Sophia Austin

Sophia joined the team at Grange Mortgages in Feb 2016 as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor. She has a background in Estate Agency and Law which means that she enjoys helping clients understand the house-buying process every step of the way as well as ensuring they’re fully protected once they move into their new home. Her personal interests include travelling, live music, cooking and spending time with her children and partner.

Cathy Lorentzen

Cathy is a Mortgage Consultant. She joined the team in 2011. She works to ensure a client’s assets and loved ones are protected in case their personal situation changes. She gets great satisfaction from educating clients on their needs. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family in Cornwall.

Brent Fairbanks

Brent is a Joint Director of our sister company Grange Wills and one of our Protection Specialists. Brent specialises in Estate Planning and making sure his clients assets are protected during life, and at time of death, specialising in Wills, Trusts and Protection Portfolios. Brent loves playing and watching all sports and travelling the world with his family.

Craig Whitmore

Craig has been a Senior Consultant at Grange Mortgages since 2009. He loves helping people to realise their dream of owning their own home. He enjoys going to the cinema, walking the dog, the theatre, weekend breaks and spending quality time with his wife and children.

Karen Turner

Karen is our Office Manager and has been with Grange Mortgages since 2006. She cites working with a great team and offering a fantastic service to Grange’s clients as the best thing about her job. Karen loves spending time with her family and is also a keen traveller.

Gemma Pancoust

Gemma has been a Case Manager since joining Grange Mortgages in 2015. She loves working with the fantastic team at Grange Mortgages and helping clients achieve a stress-free experience in what can be an unnerving time. She loves spending time with her family, socialising with friends and going to the theatre.

Karen Sanders

Karen joined the team at Grange in 2015 as a Case Manager. She enjoys assisting Consultants in processing client’s applications, making sure it results in a smooth transaction. She believes that working with a fantastic team helps to achieve this. She loves spending time with the family, socialising with friends, visiting the theatre, and going to the cinema.

Jennifer Miah

Jenny is a Protection Consultant at Grange Mortgages, having joined the team in 2014. Her role is all about protecting families and individuals, financially. She enjoys spending good quality time with friends/family, travelling and indulging in food from every corner of the world. She has a keen interest in photography and snapping pictures of her four adorable children. Her motto? “The best way to predict your future… is to create it”.

Vijay Chouhan

Vijay joined Grange in May 2017 with a background in the property industry being an owner of a local estate agency. Looking to expand his passion of helping clients achieve what, at times, may seem impossible or very difficult to do, and provide an excellent service to all clients to ensure their journey be it first or second time buyers and even investors results in a happy ending. In Vijay’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, socialising with friends and when time allows, travelling the world.

Lisa Stanley

Lisa joined the team at Grange Mortgages in 2010 and is a Senior Consultant. She loves nothing more than helping out someone who has little or no experience in the house-buying process and helping them make their dreams come true. Her personal interests include travelling and visiting her friends/family overseas.

Michele Hale

Michele is a Consultant at Grange Mortgages, having joined the team in 2011. She loves helping clients in an ever-increasingly difficult market to achieve and protect their property and lifestyle aspirations. For her, Grange Mortgages provides a happy and supportive environment that allows consultants to work to the best of their ability. She loves being creative and also arranging holidays for those with similar interests.

Verity Campbell

Verity joined in June 2017 as a Case Manager. She enjoys being part of a dedicated team that assist Grange’s clients throughout the house buying process. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, eating out and spending time with her children.

Steve Poole

Steve has been working in the financial services industry since 2012 and specialises in Mortgage advice and associated Protection options. He enjoys the satisfaction of helping his clients simplify the process right from the start and making their preferences a reality. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his niece, travelling the world and enjoying his favourite food – Sushi!

Katie Wright

Katie joined in June 2013 as one of our expanding Case Manager team members. She loves helping first time buyers getting on the property ladder and finds this one of the most rewarding experiences working for Grange. Outside of work she loves spending time with her two children and seeing a good musical.

Daniel Clifton

Daniel Clifton, who joined us in January 2018 as our Home Insurance Specialist. Daniel loves his sport, especially football after playing at a high level and enjoys travelling in his free time.

Daniel Trasler

Daniel Trasler, who joined in October 2018 as a Mortgage Consultant. He loves to help people on to the property ladder and gets a great sense of achievement in doing this. Outside of work he loves playing pool and has featured for the County Team on several occasions.

Sally Kozuszkiewicz

Sally Kozuszkiewicz joined us in July 2018 as one of our Protection Consultants. After many years of working in financial services and helping many clients secure their aspiration of home ownership but now more than ever understands that things do change and that clients need to make sure their lifestyles are protected. Outside of work she loves to travel and would like to visit as many new countries as possible with her husband.

Phoebe Leiper

Phoebe recently joined Grange Mortgages as an administrator. She enjoys working with the friendly team at Grange and assisting in helping clients gain a mortgage offer as soon and as stress free as possible. In her spare time she enjoys baking, socialising with friends, reading, walks with her dog and spending time with family.
