Our team
Daniel Mumford
Company Director/Owner at Grange Mortgages since it’s inception in 2005. Daniel is passionate about helping people to achieve their aspiration of owning their own home and making sure that their assets and loved ones are protected if there is a change in their circumstances.
Adam Smith
Following an extensive career in Financial Services and Estate Agency, Adam joined Grange in July 2020 as Operations Director.
Tracy Willsher
Tracy is our Office Manager and has been with Grange since Aug 2013. She enjoys working with the fantastic team here at Grange to ensure transactions run smoothly and clients receive an excellent service.
Andrew Fowler
Andrew is our Mortgage Services Director at Grange Mortgages and has been with the company since 2007. Andrew loves being part of a team and gets a real sense of achievement when assisting his clients. Andy was very helpful and responsive to any queries I had. - Ms S Holgate
Craig Whitmore
Craig has been a Senior Consultant at Grange Mortgages since 2009. He loves helping people to realise their dream of owning their own home. We found Craig to be very efficient and arranged the mortgage in what seemed like no time at all. Very happy with Grange Mortgages and would recommend. - Mr H Chahal
Lisa Stanley
Lisa joined the team at Grange Mortgages in 2010 and is a Senior Consultant. She loves nothing more than helping out someone who has little or no experience in the house-buying process and helping them make their dreams come true. Great service, absolutely faultless, helpful, punctual, made the process so easy. - Ms K Bright
Rabeita Kalsi
Rabeita joined Grange Mortgages in March 2023 as a Mortgage Consultant. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 16 years, both for a major high street bank and a mortgage brokerage. She enjoys chatting with clients, getting to know them and supporting them through the whole journey of buying their new home. She looks forward to building relationships with her clients and supporting them with their future re-mortgage and purchase needs.
Cathy Lorentzen
Cathy is a Mortgage Consultant. She joined the team in 2011. She works to ensure a client’s assets and loved ones are protected in case their personal situation changes. She gets great satisfaction from educating clients on their needs. Cathy and the team are very supportive and knowledgeable on all types of mortgages, moreover they are pro-active and no need to chase them, they will keep me informed on the updates. - Mr S Ganesh
Aaron Moffatt
Aaron Joined Grange mortgages in March 2023. He has been working in financial services for 12 years as a protection consultant. He is passionate about providing financial security for every client’s family and loved ones should the unimaginable happen.
Luke Spencer
Luke has over 25 years of experience in financial services, with more than a decade as a dedicated mortgage advisor. Passionate about building strong relationships, Luke enjoys getting to know clients personally and guiding them toward achieving their financial and homeownership goals.
Daniel Trasler
Daniel Trasler, who joined in October 2018 as a Mortgage Consultant. He loves to help people on to the property ladder and gets a great sense of achievement in doing this. Ovi Gotea
I joined Grange Mortgages back in March 2021, as a Mortgage and Protection adviser. I started in the Financial industry back in November 2019 focusing mainly on protection before a shift towards mortgages as I had always had a passion of getting people on the property ladder, and making their dreams come true. With a background in Hospitality and running big kitchens an industry that requires precision and timing together with excellent customer outcomes . I applied what I have learned over the last 10 years into Financial Services and I am now working with a fantastic team that shares the same views as I do.
Jacky Moore
Jacky has over 20 years’ experience working within financial services both for Banks and in the world of protecting clients who need to make sure their lifestyles are safeguarded due to any unforeseen circumstances. She is passionate in helping people understand their protection needs. She loves working with a fantastic team that help her achieve this.
Lachlan Forbes-Sutherland
Lachlan hails from Melbourne, Australia and moved to the UK in 2003 to pursue life on the other side of the world. Lachlan has had over 11 years experience working within Financial Services both for Banks and in the world of Mortgage Brokering. Lachlan prides himself on building strong relationships with his clients and enjoys working with them for the common goal of helping to achieve their house buying dreams. Lachlan also believes communication is key and will always take ownership and follow up, taking any enquiry through to resolution.
Louise Frater
Louise has been a Personal Protection Adviser since 2016 with a passion for making sure families can keep the roof over them if the worst happened from long term sickness (if you couldn’t work and lost your income), to critical illness diagnosis or premature death. It’s such an important part of the process of buying a home with a mortgage. She likes to raise the client’s awareness and make sure they have everything covered that matters to them most for family security and financial stability.
Adam Smith
Adam has worked in the financial services industry for over 9 years & for the past 5 years more specifically in the mortgage world. He enjoys getting to know each of his clients individual set of circumstances & helping them achieve their specific goals, whilst saving them as much money as possible during the process. Adam receives the most satisfaction when he is helping people with their property purchase & that phone call to say they have collected their new set of keys!!
Russell Ellis
Russell joined Grange mortgages in Nov 2024 and has been working in financial services for over 25 years. 10 of which as a mortgage consultant. He prides himself on being able to provide easy to understand comprehensive mortgage advice and helping all his clients achieve their goals.
Lynsey Scott
Lynsey joined the Grange Team in December 2024. She has been working in financial services for four years and loves helping people achieve their goal of buying their dream home and making the process as simple and stress free as possible.
Grant Wilby
Grant joined Grange in January 2025 after working in the financial services industry for 14 years of which, over 11 years of this has been advising customers on mortgages and protection. He is passionate about taking time to really understand his customers personal circumstances, their financial goals, and plans for the future to then build a tailored solution to meet their individual requirements, whilst giving the best advice possible.
Kem Metin
Kem joined Grange in January 2025. A Mortgage Consultant with a decade of expertise in the mortgage industry. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of home financing. Before transitioning to this role, he worked within the Metropolitan Police Force, where he honed his skills in problem-solving and client relations. Kem is passionate about providing personalised solutions that empower individuals to achieve their home-ownership dreams.
Matthew Gerraghty
Matthew started work in financial services for Lloyds in 2006 and has been a qualified mortgage adviser since 2007. He loves nothing better than developing relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals.
Paul Armstrong
Paul joined Grange in 2026 and quickly established himself as a dedicated and client-focused mortgage broker. He is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their home ownership goals, guiding them through every step of the process with clarity and confidence. With a strong commitment to providing tailored advice, Paul takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, ensuring they secure the most suitable mortgage solutions.
Shamsul Alam
Shamsul has been working in financial services for 13 years as a Protection Adviser. He’s passionate about helping people understand their protection needs ensuring they get the best possible outcome so their families and home is protected.
Fay Morton
Fay joined Grange in May 2026 after working in financial services since 2010. With over 15 years experience, she prides herself on delivering the best customer outcomes, offering clear, honest advice making any mortgage process as straightforward and stress free as possible. She is passionate about helping customers realise their goals by helping them move into their dream homes.
Sean McLaughlin
Sean started work in the financial services industry in 2006 with Lloyds Banking Group and transitioned into mortgage advice from 2014. A mortgage consultant with over 12 years of experience. He loves to keep the process as simple as possible for clients to achieve their goals of property ownership.
Rachel Allison
Rachel has been a protection specialist for over 12 years now, always focusing her career towards advising and arranging protection policies. She has previously won Protection Adviser of the Year at the women’s recognition awards in 2024 as well as being a finalist in several other industry awards in recent years, which reflects her commitment to her job and her clients.
Katie Wright
Katie joined in June 2013 as one of our expanding Case Manager team members. She loves helping first time buyers getting on the property ladder and finds this one of the most rewarding experiences working for Grange.
Karen Sanders
Karen joined the team at Grange in 2015 as a Case Manager. She enjoys assisting Consultants in processing client’s applications, making sure it results in a smooth transaction. She believes that working with a fantastic team helps to achieve this.
Gemma Pancoust
Gemma has been a Case Manager since joining Grange Mortgages in 2015. She loves working with the fantastic team at Grange Mortgages and helping clients achieve a stress-free experience in what can be an unnerving time.
Louisa Davies
Louisa joined Grange as a Case Manager in March 2020. Louisa worked for another financial services company for 21 years before joining Grange so brings lots of experience to the team. She enjoys helping people through the mortgage process whilst trying to make things as smooth and as stress free as possible.
Lynsey Bunting
Lynsey joined the team as a Case Manager in April 2023. She enjoys liaising with clients and colleagues to provide a swift and efficient service.
Lynsey Hilton
Lynsey joined Grange in April 2023 as a Case Manager. She has worked as an administrator in financial services for many years. She loves being part of the team and helping our clients.
Hannah Thomas
Hannah joined the team in April 2023 as a Case Manager. Hannah has over 18 years industry experience.
Cathy Brannen
Cathy joined the team in August 2025 as a Case Manager. She is a highly experienced administrator having worked in various industries. Cathy loves being the part of amazing team at Grange Mortgages.
Georgia Davies
Georgia joined Grange as an administrator in May 2025 alongside her studies, before becoming a Case Manager in September. As a recent university graduate, she brings a fresh perspective alongside several years of experience in customer service and client-facing roles across a range of industries.
