Chelsea’s Angels announced as the Grange Mortgages Charity of the Year

After almost 500 votes, Grange Mortgages were delighted to announce Chelsea’s Angels as their Charity of the Year. The Grange team will be looking ot support the local charity on an ongoing basis throughout 2016.

Chelsea’s Angels was born off of the back of a little girl called Chelsea being diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer called Neuroblastoma back in 2007. At the age of 2 she battled bravely for 2 years, eventually and very sadly losing her fight to this terrible condition. The charity was subsequently set up to raise funds for families going through a similar situation.

“We are delighted to be able to support yet another wonderful local charity. Charities such as Chelsea’s Angels, and our charity of the year from 2015 (Alfes Cause) do not get enough support. We hope that our support throughout the year can help support families that encounter these terrible conditions. – Daniel (Director of Grange Mortgage and Protection Services)

The team’s aim is to not just raise funds, which will be done through a series of charity incentives throughout the year, but to also raise awareness of Chelsea’s Angels.

To start us off however, Daniel and the team have commited to donating £1 from every mortgage they convert to the charity in 2016. The team were delighted to raise £1500 for Alfes Cause last year through a similar incentive, and will be looking to push on this year and raise even more!
