As the cost of living has increased so dramatically, we’ve amended our Refer-A-Friend scheme to reflect the rise and DOUBLED our referral vouchers from £50 to £100!
How does the refer-a-friend scheme work?
For every client recommendation that results in either a new mortgage being completed or a customer taking out a new personal line insurance product*, we will give you a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher! Use our referral form to provide the details of the referrer and new client so we can be in touch.

What are the terms and conditions?

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances. We estimate that it will be £150 but it may range from £150 to 0.5% of the loan amount (so for a mortgage of £100,000 the fee would be a maximum of £500). £150 of this fee will be payable on application. In addition to this we will be paid commission by the lender. Full details of fees will be agreed with you at outset
*Terms and conditions – We will only pay out a maximum of one £100 voucher per client referral received, all referral business must complete by 31st December 2023, we will only pay out if the mortgage referral actually goes on to complete. We will only pay out for an insurance referral for life assurance, critical illness cover and income protection plans, no other forms of insurance referral will qualify. Please make sure that in all instances the ’REFER100’ scheme code is mentioned, so we can flag this incentive to your referral. No cash alternative will be available, in replacement of any vouchers qualified for.
